The PETINKA Montessori Bookshelf is designed so that children always have their books within reach and can choose them on their own from an early age.
Books are displayed facing forward, so children immediately see the covers and pick whatever catches their interest. This simple principle supports independence, free decision-making and a natural relationship with books. Reading becomes an everyday activity, not just a bedtime routine.
The open construction lets you rotate the books regularly, so the reading corner always stays interesting.
Two sizes
The bookshelf is available in two sizes, both 76 cm wide:
- 5 shelves — the full size, for a larger book collection and a room with enough space.
- 3 shelves — the compact version, lower and shallower. Suited to smaller spaces, next to the bed or in a shared living room; the lower height also makes it accessible to the youngest children.
Both sizes share the same construction and the same finish.
